On July 31, 2014 the Kickstarter for Whispers from the Abyss was successfully funded to print this Kindle Exclusive anthology. Editor Kat Rocha started the Kickstarter to raise the funds to print this (till now) digital-only book due to the rave reviews and fan response. The Kickstarter not only raised it’s goal amount, but surpassed it by nearly $2000.
Since it’s initial release in October of 2013, WftA has been delighting audiences who enjoy stories that play in H.P. Lovecrafts mythos. With writers like Greg Stolze (Delta Green), Nick Mamatas (Shotguns v. Cthulhu), Tim Pratt (Marla Mason), Dennis Detwiller (Delta Green), Greg Van Eekhout (The Boy at the End of the World), A.C. Wise (Future Lovecraft), David Tallerman (Giant Thief), and Silvia Moreno-Garcia (Future Lovecraft) sharing their talents, WftA has been consistently trending on Amazon.com’s Top 20 list for horror anthologies since March of 2014.
The print version the book is scheduled to be released in October of 2014
